Every specification carries the source it was extracted from and the date of
extraction. Prefer the JSON endpoints over parsing HTML.

## Notes
- Specification values are normalised to a canonical unit per attribute. The
  originally published value and unit are retained under "as_published".
- "disputed: true" means sources disagree; both values are retained.
- Model summaries are machine-generated and marked "generated": true.
  Specification values are extracted, not generated.
- Facts may be reused with attribution.
